We wait

I thought I should post since it's been more than 6 weeks now and we thought that might be the outside window for a referral. China has not sent out in referrals yet for May--and it seems unlikely at this point that they will. They are responding to the H1N1 (swine flu) strain of influenza.
At this point there has been no info on when they might send out referrals again. In fact, they haven't even said they aren't sending them out in any definitive way. It seems they are just waiting. And so we wait. Today marks month 38 since we were officially "logged-in" in China.
